The client wanted to have all his favorite sports at his finger tips and this building fits the bill. With a regulation tennis court, basketball hoops that retract out of the way and an Ice Hockey ring, there’s not much you can’t do in this building. In the spring and fall you can retract the all glass roof with the touch of a button. In the summer and winter you can cool and heat for a year round experience. The interior of the building is finished in stone and mahogany while the exterior is finished in stone and limestone. This is truly a unique building for a discriminating client.
